
About me
I am a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist who is a professionally trained to use embodied practice, body movement intervention and analysis to support creative process in Psychotherapy. I integrate a range of creative techniques and exercises which stem from psychodynamic theory and practice and experiential learning.
Professional Registration
My professional registration is held with the Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK (ADMP UK) which is HIPC and UKCP Registered.
I've been Registered since 2009 studying at Dance Voice Therapy Centre and graduating with an MA in 2013 and gaining my Registered Private Practitioner Licence in 2020.
I abide by the ADMP UK Code of Ethics and Professional Practice and follow the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics for the UKCP, BACP and HCPC.

Private Practice
Personal Therapy
I've provided individual Psychotherapy sessions since 2020 to adults and young adults and work from a beautiful tranquil studio near Kingswood in Bristol. I can offer sessions during the day and some evenings.
I'm a member of CAPPP and receive and share self-referrals with a network of professional therapists as part of my private practice work to support adults and young adults.
I work with NAOS (Bristol) CIC to support adults from their therapy rooms in central Bristol and provide outreach sessions in schools supporting children with backgrounds of adoption, trauma or abuse and to support Autism, challenging behaviour and mental health.
Clinical Experience
Hospitals
AWP NHS hospital placements and voluntary work within a multi-disciplinary team and providing individual and group Body Movement Psychotherapy sessions.
Dance Movement Psychotherapist at the Royal Hospital Chelsea providing individual psychotherapy sessions to the older population facing end of life care, in recovery of PTSD and experiencing mental health symptoms or sensory impairments. I worked with the Healthcare team and the Activities Team in support of Group Therapy work.
Dance Voice Therapy Centre - Placements and co-therapist work providing Dance Movement Psychotherapy to support groups in Addiction Recovery, Mental Health in Women, Learning Difficulties. Performance support in the community with this.

I have worked in many residential care homes providing Dance Movement Therapy Groups and sensory sessions with the older population and in particular to help with Dementia and Parkinson’s and with the aims of creating opportunities for social engagement and to enhance mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
I co-founded the Hub of Creative Arts Therapists who are a team of Dramatherapists and Dance Movement Psychotherapists working on various projects together including providing Interactive Performances in residential settings and Group Therapy Creative Workshops.
National Autistic Society – Groups and individual Dance Movement Therapy with children and teenagers on the Autistic Spectrum.
Fosseway Special School – M.A. placement in school team working with children with Autism and severe learning difficulties.
Collaborative Work
I have experience of designing and running Group Therapy Workshops to support Mental Health, particularly Anxiety and Depression. Workshops are in collaboration with other Psychotherapists and Creative Arts Therapists and incorporate a range of techniques and practices.
